This course is intended to provide a broad understanding of IT and computing in a business setting. It is applicable to those businesses running Microsoft Windows, Apple Mac OSX and Linux. We will cover the use of tablets and smartphones as applicable throughout the different chapters.

You will benefit by having practical processes and procedures which are not specific to any one set of hardware or software. They are general, so work with smartphones, servers, PC’s, laptops and tablets.
